SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, by The Lifestyle Co. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. During sale periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.
We strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding if delays occur, especially during significant sales.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@2eros.com
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure all your details are correct.

**Duties & Taxes**
Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional charges known as Duties & Taxes. These charges are beyond the control of The Lifestyle Co and are related to the protectionist and economic trade policies between countries. The customs agency of the destination country determines these charges.
**USA**: Orders under 800USD will be tariff-free until 2nd May. After this date, any orders landing on US soil will incur a local tariff of 145% imposed by the US government on the receiver. If orders are returned or rejected due to the new tariffs, they can be sent back and confirmed received for a refund, although shipping costs will be deducted from this refund. If the original shipping was free, please note that a $20 USD return parcel fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
**UK**: Duties and Taxes will need to be paid upon the arrival of your order.
**Europe**: For orders exceeding 150 Euros, Duties and Taxes must be paid upon arrival.
**Singapore**: Imported goods valued at more than S$400 are subject to an 8% GST fee, which is payable to the Singapore tax department.
Duties & Taxes may apply if the total value of imported goods exceeds the tax-free threshold (if applicable). The payment of these taxes and duties is the responsibility of the receiver.
Please check your country's import tax rates and regulations, as we are not responsible for any charges imposed by your government.
RETURN TO SENDER
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order amount, excluding shipping fees, and you will need to resubmit your order.
Keep an eye on your parcel's tracking information. If no one is available to receive the parcel upon delivery, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. If your package is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If delivery fails, the courier may take your package to a post office for you to pick it up.
Once the order is physically returned to our office, The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will assess the reason for the return. After determining the reason, we can provide a full or partial refund using the original payment method used for the order.
NO TRACKING UPDATES & MISSING PARCELS
All orders from The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will include parcel tracking. You will receive tracking links once your parcel has been dispatched. If your order has not moved for over 14 business days, please contact us at support@2eros.com
The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will try to locate your parcel and initiate an investigation on your behalf. We recommend that customers also open their investigations. Depending on the shipping service used, this process may take 1 to 14 business days.
