REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Our return policy is covered for 45 days from the date of receipt.
We do not accept Thong/s for returns after it has left the warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

We only replace items if they are not worn, defective, or damaged. We do not offer exchanges, only returns and refunds. Send us an email at support@2eros.com and send your item to The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD, 109/451 Pitt St, Haymarket, NSW, 2000, Australia. 


REJECTED & UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If a parcel is sent on free delivery and is returned because it was rejected or unclaimed, a delivery and return fee will be incurred. 
  • Free Shipping: AUD$30 will be deducted from the order to cover the cost of the initial delivery and the return of the order.
  • Express Shipping: AUD$90 will be deducted from the order to cover the cost of the initial delivery and the return of the order.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds can be made to the original payment method or in Loyalty Points, which are redeemable in the 2EROS store.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD, 109/451 Pitt St, Haymarket, NSW, 2000, Australia. 
Domestic(Australian customers) will be eligible for free return shipping. International customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns. Initial shipping costs after the product has been shipped to you are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
