Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will gladly accept a return for a refund or credit within 45 days of delivery. Refunds are only made on the returned item excluding delivery.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Instead all returns are refunded. You can then go through and repurchase the correct size/items. This process ends up being a lot quicker because you can order again right now and get your items ASAP instead of waiting for your return to arrive back and then the exchange sent out.

Underwear Returns

By law and hygiene reasons we can not accept returns of underwear.

A Few Things To Note

Free return label for Australian orders.
If you are an international customer, the return postage fees will be covered by yourself.

All returned merchandising must;

1. Be in new and unused condition
2. Be in original packaging
3. All tags and labels must be attached to garment

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of worn swimwear and underwear

Refunds will be returned back to your payment method. This process may take up to 7 days (depending on your financial institute). We are not responsible for any currency exchange rates fluctuations, open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.
