Fit Notes

Weight is what actually moves you between sizes across the typical adult height range (170–185cm) — height alone barely shifts it. Height only matters at the shorter and taller extremes, where some weight combinations become uncommon (greyed out above) rather than genuinely changing the fit.

Bands are calibrated against our high-hip chart and widened slightly for stretch, then checked against a real fit: 175cm, medium build — both 75kg and 78kg sit comfortably in Medium, since the cotton/modal blend has real give. Bands here run wider than swimwear, but tighter than a first draft that ran too generous.

XXL is extrapolated beyond our current chart, continuing the same 5cm high-hip / ~8kg step pattern. Worth confirming against real garment measurements.

Build adjustment shifts the bands ±5kg — athletic builds carry mass away from the waist and can weigh more before sizing up; fuller builds tend to size up a little sooner. It's an estimate, not a measured curve.

Between sizes? Stay at your usual size — the stretch fabric will adjust with you. If your build is unusual or you're right on a boundary, a direct high-hip tape measurement will always be the most accurate method.
