RETURNS
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will gladly accept a return for a refund or credit within 45 days of delivery. Refunds are only made on the returned item excluding delivery.
FREE RETURNS LABELS: For Australian orders when refunds are made to credit.
All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns of damaged or worn items. By law and hygiene reason we are not able to accept returns of worn swimwear and underwear.
Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card company to process your credit once approved and refund initiated. We are not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account. EXCHANGE
Refunds will be made on the item you wish to return(for exchange) and you may purchase the item you wish to replace at anytime.
